true.... I'm outta here. This is a very bittersweet
time. Thank you for listening, and thank you for
visiting this page on this website! I've had an amazing
time in Rochester and on the KROC airwaves.
I've
always enjoyed giving away money, trips, concert tickets,
and cars, BUT I've got to say that my favorite moments
on the air have been getting to know our listeners.
This can be a strange profession at times. One where
we share so much of our lives that our listeners really
do know a lot about us. On the flip side we know so
little about those that listen. But when we do get the
opportunity to really get to know someone it is what
makes this job fun and worth it. So to all that have
ever called or emailed me to wish me well when my grandfather
passed away, or when I got married, and when I started
having my babies..those personal moments and sentiments
have always meant a lot. Thank you. I also want to say
that I'll miss all those familiar voices that I either
don't know your name or am somehow drawing a blank on
right now. But a few I could never forget, Frank, Megan,
Matt, Bill, Terry, Linda, and Isedra. You guys are awesome,
and I'll never ever forget you (even if it's only your
voice that I know).
